This is a typewriter given glory to in cafe Miyuki-kan.
I enjoy delicious coffee and a delicious cake while looking at this typewriter or while it is lighted up by a comfortable light.

This is a good shot as well. To be honest, I am not 100% certain of how it works in with the trekearth ideal, but along with your description, I find it quite fitting. Without the description, it might be a differnt story. The lighting here is very nicely done and very attractive. In terms of composition it is very, very good. You have nice diagonals created by the rows of keys, and I like the curves of where the ?????(the things that move up to hit the ribbon and paper). Really, I think this is quite a strong photo, especially with the lighting you have used.

Great shot.
The light and DOF are quite perfect.IMHO.
Your tight framing improve a lot the banal subject wich becomes something else. Something alive.
