�Tokyo - Ueno Park at night�

Hereby my second picture taken in Ueno Park.
This is a very large public park in Tokyo next to the train and metro station with the same name.

It痴 one of the most popular spots to view the cherry blossoms (hanami) that are usually in bloom at the end of March and in early April.
At that time the park attracts crowds of people and becomes a large party space.

This picture shows a part of the festive lighting in the park.

hai trovato un bel soggetto, lo hai saputo isolare a perfezione dal contesto che lo circondava e lo hai fotografato con ottima tecnica.
Il risultato � particolarmente interessante: una danza di lampade che sembrano librasi nel vuoto autonomamente.
Ottima la composizione e la gestione della luce.

Wonderful graphic elements and superb repetition of the repeating motif of the lamps with excellent sharpness considering this was shot at night, and punchy light contrasts. I like the v shaped formation and the bright yellow orange color of the lights as well as the added graphism of the black Japanese text. Tfs!

as much as I love the city scenes, these unique shots are just as great.

the black areas of the frame are actually the most important, it allows the lights to shine and shine brightly.

and I really appreciate the curve, the flow of the lights in the frame too.

Ik had deze gezien maar achteraf geen kritiek geschreven, simpel uit het oog verloren.
Zou niet mogen want het is werkelijk een heerlijke foto.

Hi Paul,
Well captured repeated motif of the lantern. The inscription is the same on all of them, I wonder what it means.
The complete darkness around makes it feel as if they were floating in space.
