Photographer's Note

This photograph is taken from the event performed by the Yanaka festival. The students of the art college in this area had announced the string quartet on the stage. They were performing some classic music by time of nearly 30minutes. Although I'm not knowledge in classical music so much, I will think that there is depth which is not in present pop music. It may be the depth which has borne history. Two women flip the violin, a one woman flip the viola, and the one boy was using the musical instrument of the cello. The sound which three musical instruments play was compounded by one, and comfortable sound was taken out. Probably, these students also aim at the professional's player in the future. It was somewhat amusing to have worn yellow Happi of the festival.

(p.s.)
Happi: Happi is a traditional Japanese straight-sleeved coat usually made of indigo or brown cotton and imprinted with a distinctive mon. They are usually worn only to festivals.
