Photographer's Note

I went to the firework festival today, but that event was suspended due to the strong wind----. So unfortunate for me. Without fireworks I took this shot. If we had firework at this situtaion, taht should be so wonderful---, so regretable day for me.
I use "snow cross" filter.

beautiful blue hour composition of bridge, architecture and the beautiful reflection. The night view is striking beautiful. Wonderfully executed with great management of light, colors, sharpness, clarity. I like it. Well done.

Takero, I'm out of smilies, but I wanted to comment on this one! Sorry you missed out on the fireworks, and this certainly would have been spectacular with them, but even without it is a really wonderful look at the lights of Tokyo Bay, captured brilliantly. The movements of these boats add wonderful light everywhere, while the bridge above gleams - well taken!

Hi Takero,

Even with fireworks festival cancelled you managed to take a photo that is a feast of colours. It is a brilliant night shot with impressive sharpness. The motion blur of the boats is great too. It adds a sense of motion. TFS and have a nice Sunday you too.

What ana amzing skyline, and the colours are fantastic. The boats, with their bright colours darken up the dark area beautifully, and my eye is drawn to them, as well as the bridge stanchions and that well lit tower. Wonderful night scene.

I'm sorry you didn't get the spectacle you expected. We'll have to wait a little longer for your next wonderful and spectacular firework pictures but this view is very lovely. The colourful lights look amazing against the dark backdrops, there's an exquisite clarity in the view of the bridge and the city combined with the fascinating blurriness of the moving boats and their reflections. This is a great night shot, despise the lack of the fireworks. The bridge in itself is well worth this shot. Great colors and the sense of movement in the boats. Very pleasant indeed.

the backdrop was going to be excellent with the colorful bridge.

Wondefully crisp shot of the bridge. The only sign of of the long exposure are those moving boats. the twinkling lights also add to the beauty!
