Les moutons lib駻駸 de leur enclos au lever du soleil vont paitre toute la journ馥 sur le vaste haut plateau (3400m) qui s'騁end sous leurs yeux
Le soir venu, mont� sur son 穗e, et avec l'aide de son chien, le berger les rassemble pour les mettre � l'abri des pr馘ateurs, loups et quelques rares l駮pards des neiges

The herd of sheeps are freed from their enclosure at sunrise and go graze for the full day on the vast high plateau (3400m) that stretches before their eyes
At sunset, the shepherd on his donkey and with the help of his dog, rounds them up at shelter for the night from predators, wolves and a few rare snow leopards

this is wonderful, like a scene from "Dances with Wolves" only sheep and a dog take centre stage. The composition and scenery here are just awesome as is the overall atmosphere of this stunning shot. Love it big time! Superb stuff Patrick as always.

Placing the horseman and dog thus has given the shot a real feeling of depth and the vast expanse of the landscape is mind boggling. Du gros calibre ici, c'est pas de la p'tite bi鑽e, non m'sieur!

Okay, je dois bien s皞 tout d'abord mentionner � quel point la composition est brillante et la sc鈩e captivante, 軋 c'est l'騅idence.

Mais tout de suite apr鑚, ce qui me charme le plus, ce sont les tons doux, l'aspect hyper naturel de la sc鈩e telle que l'on se l'imagine si nous 騁ions sur place. C"est bien calibr�, bien expos�, y a rien qui retrousse!

Le chien pr鑚 de son ma羡re est le petit plus qui accroche, le d騁ail qui tue.

Superbe travail, une photo 5 騁oiles!

Quelle composition ! Et ils ont pris la pose parfaite pour la photo ! Ce qui n'est pas si simple , avec un chien et un cavalier . Et on distingue � peine les moutons sur ce fond steppique .
Il va sans dire que le paysage est grandiose .

Le berger sur l'穗e et son chien occupent une position bonne et haute afin qu'ils puissent contrer tout leur troupeau dans le vaste paysage. En m麥e temps ils prennent une bonne place au premier plan de la photo.
Le plateau est bord� magnifiquement par de montagnes aux sommets enneig駸.
La photo montre la beaut� du paysage vaste et donne une bonne id馥 de la vie dure.

une superbe sc鈩e, qui attire le regard imm馘iatement.
la compo est bien travaill馥 avec le berger sur son 穗e et son chien � ses pied dans la partie droite au 1er plan, les moutons tels des taches blanches sur la vaste plaine vert/jeune et au dernier plan les massifs enneig駸.
une jolie lumi鑽e douce vient 馗lairer cette sc鈩e, lui conf駻ant une certaine qui騁ude.

what a shot! tells a story about the man n his life and how difficult it is for him.love the dog on guard along side his master on donkey.beautiful landscape in the background as well.for me 2 things complete the pic. 1 is the number of sheep grazing and 2 the light management and the whole light and shadow thing in the background with the snow peak highlighted.

Bon, c'est d'accord, il va falloir que je regarde � aller faire un tour par l�-bas. Je trouve ce paysage fabuleux; je crois que 軋 me plairait bien de voir 軋 en vrai et en direct.
Super cadrage avec le cavalier et le chien en premier plan, puis le troupeau et enfin le d駻oul� des montagnes qui donne une belle profondeur � l'image.

Excellent tranquil landscape captured, emphasizing on the main focus here the semi nomadic Kyrgyz and his sheep. This is amongst the least hospitable land which covers for most part by arid desert, a very nice catch of a special country that many of us have not seen. A pleasing overall effect, certainly a peaceful location and very picturesque. Great photo work. Congrats.

Again that special landscape, so picturesque with soft hues and gentle light. Your subject matter is fantastic too, the shepherd on his donkey with his faithful dog next to him is endearing as they watch over the flock down below, and it really gives us an idea of the daily life of this man.

Interesting view indeed of the stern aced shepherd & his sheep dog high up, with the flock of sheep in the valley below. The light seems to be quite sublime creating a soft hue on the picture. Like the shadow of the cloud on the ground!

Dear Patrick,

A beautiful landscape shot, made more interesting by the subjects. The layering of the mountains in the background are clear and defined even though in the distance. The sheep maakes this unlike any typical plateau shot.

Regardant ta photo d'aujourd'hui, j'ai cru reconna羡re un arri鑽e-plan que j'avais vu quelque part! ﾀ choisir entre les deux, je choisis celle-ci, � cause sans doute du cavalier et de son chien qui apporte une touche ethnographique qui manque peut-黎re � l'autre (bien que tr鑚 bien aussi, sp馗ialement pour la lumi鑽e sur la plaine meilleure que pour celle-ci).
