Photographer's Note
This is east wing of the Penang high court which is at the entrance of the Pitt Street.
I took this shot before 9am with the rising sun behind my back, that's why the sky is naturally so blue. To get similar effect, one can use a Circular Polarizer which will help to filter away reflections from the clouds and create a blue sky.
