Russia - Moscow

A photograph taken with the very nice subway of Moscow.
That's very interesting to discover a subway within a city that you don't really know so you see people living in their own city and how they are moving inside it.

The Moscow's subway is really nice with some beautiful stations (painting, old statues that represent the ideal life: work, familiy and country...).

Very interesting too to listen withou understanding a word to the radio inside the subway: no music but only speech like during the communism era. Very, very strange feeling where people seem to be "controlled" by the government.

Salut Alexandre,

Excellent point de vue en plong馥 sur ce m騁ro. Le dosage du mouvement est bien calibr� et contribue � la perspective. Les couleurs sont chaudes et tr鑚 attrayantes. La composition qui inclut le nom de la station est bien vu.

I remember standing there in that exact spot too!

It is Teatralnaya (Театральная) station - the one for the Bolshoi Theater.

The ceilings and lighting in the Moscow subway can certainly be very attractively decorated.

long time...
The subway, my refuge for the winter..looks like Ill finally have my chance to do an extensive expooration of Seoul's subways, and thats why this shot apeals to me. A very classic subway shot, the arriving train in blur, the graphism of the wrting on the wall, the life thanks to people. It looks so darn good with the warm hues of the golden walls.

Tres bon ca, Alex, des couleurs tout a fait particulieres au lieu il me semble et parfaites.
Jolie composition aussi d'en haut avec un leger Tilt. tres bien vue.

ah tres chouette vue du metro qui arrive et les gens qui attendent... les couleurs sont chaudes plus que ce que nous ressentons � l interieur; en effet tres bizarre comme impression, encore plong� dans l atmosphere tres encadr馥...avec ces paroles que l on entend sans arr黎, tr鑚 int駻essante comme visite; � refaire avec plus de temps

A very effective composition Alexandre; the dramatic tilt gives this shot real dynamism, as does the motion blur captured in the train.
I like what you've done with the colour (whatever that was), it gives the shot a bit of a cross-processed look.

Salut le moscovite. Forme ?
Tr鑚 chouette ta photo, le pdv est bien trouv� et la vitesse lente donne son effet sur le m騁ro.
J'aime bien l'ambiance un peu froide et ce m騁ro qui d饕oule depuis l'angle sup駻ieur c'est super vivant.
Allez, pour pinailler, j'aurais tenter de virer ce petit triangle gris sur l'angle inf駻ieur.

With all respect, Alexandre, we are controlled (and those who live in Moscow too) not more than you in France. In subway sounds the names of the stations and precautions against leaving someone's belongings in the train, to avoid false terroristic's alarm. No wonder, if you'll remeber that terrorists attacked Moscow subway several times. Placing words like you posted, based on the small knowledge, are usually treated like offence, honestly saying.
Well, and those stations with Communistic propaganda built in 1935-1953, during Stalin's era.

Bonjour, Alexandre. Tr鑚 bonne composition avec le train qui entre en diagonale. Le mouvement est sugg駻� gr稍e � la pose lente et � l'immobilisme des passagers attendant sur le quai. Bon contraste entre la rame de m騁ro et les murs qui m'ont l'air plut luxueux.

Ton POV est bien choisi, le flou du m騁ro donne du dynamisme � la photo, et l'utilisation de la diagonale est lui aussi judicieux.

Salut Alexandre, big brother is watching you ... j'imagine comme 軋 doit etre 騁range que cette voie ininterrompue dans le m騁ro, a la russe ... mais la station est tr鑚 belle, tout est tr鑚 rectiligne, l'arriv馥 du m騁ro � 1/30 騁ait un excellent choix

Pas mal ces fuyantes obliques, y compris les lignes de la rame : 駱ur馥s. Heureusement la pr駸ence humaine "r馗hauffe" cette ambiance de pierre et d'acier.
Un petit b駑ol : sur la gauche, la pierre qui stoppe le regard et les ombres bruit馥s...

Une sacr馥 ambiance dans cette vue de m騁ro. Elles sont souvent blafardes � cause de l帝clairage au n駮n. On a l段mpression que la motrice racle les murs. Un bon point de vue et un cadrage dynamique. C弾st parfait.

Cette photo est tr鑚 dynamique, par le cadrage et la vitesse relativement lente qui donne un bon effet sur le train.
Les teintes sont superbes.
