a friend of mine wakeboarding near tuas, taken from the boat that's pulling him. the bridge in the background is the 2nd link between singapore and malaysia.
i broke the rule of thirds by placing the centre of the bridge right in the middle of the picture. hope it works.

Nice shot. I like the compsosition with the bridge behind, it has a nice pure line, and in the center of the picture it works well for me. Picture is not crowded with too many things. But why this color? Maybe it's to give it a unrealistic effect. I'm not too much for purple, not even for my clothes, so imagine on a picture, but I see that you were looking for something special that may be appreciated by many, mind you I don't find it ugly but am not attracted by this color.
