Photographer's Note
The Ves Dance (Kohomba Yakuma or Kohomba Kankariya) is the best-known of all "Kandy dances" and is performed only by men. It is danced in healing rituals and tells of the healing of King Panduvasdev. The costume should be a copy of the garment of the god Kohomba. It consists of 64 individual parts

Hello Elvire,
This was not an easy photograph, with so much movement and not the best of lighting, but you did a fine job.
The main dancer is very well positioned, in a dramatic pose, a nice introduction to the other dancers.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Bonjour Elvira,
Ces sc鈩es de spectacle dansant sont tr鑚 difficiles faire. Il y a la lumi鑽e qui est d馭iciente et surtout il y a du mouvement souvent tr鑚 vif. Ici, tout est parfait.
Amicalement
Serge
