La baie de Phang-Nga, qui s'amorce par un d馘ale de mangroves, essaime dans une eau 駑eraude, des dizaines de pitons karstiques aux silhouettes spectaculaires. Sur ces sites s'accrochent quelques villages de p鹹heurs musulmans.

I've been here several times & it never fails to disappoint. Mind you, I try to time visits for the dry season when the chance of heavy rain is much lower. A superb vertical shot of the limestone karst peaks rising sheerly from the aquamarine sea. Tfs!

Bonjour Serge,

C'est un beau spectacle, les hautes falaises avec des textures et des couleurs int駻essantes, dominant le m / g et la cr饌tion d'un grand sens de la profondeur � la mani鑽e terres. La lumi鑽e et les reflets ajouter un int駻黎 suppl駑entaire.

Il semble y avoir un peu de bruit dans le ciel (peut-黎re mon nouveau moniteur est-il r騅駘ateur), qui peut 黎re enlev� facilement avec l'outil flou dans PS.

Ciao Serge,
bello e spettacolare questo paesaggio thailandese dell'isola di Phuket, che hai saputo catturare molto bene nella sua imponenza a confronto in questo scatto con l'azzurro del mare e del cielo.
Ovviamente giusto il taglio lungo verticale che mostra tutta la grandiosit� della roccia, mentre, a mio parere, un contrasto leggermente pi� morbido forse ci sarebbe stato anche bene.
In ogni caso i miei complimenti.

Bonjour Serge - I see this is one from your archives and taken before Thailand was such a very popular holiday destination. We first visited Thailand at about the same time as you took this shot and have been back several times. I have to say that the early years were the best... quieter anyway! a very impressive cliff, studying its textures and colours is really fascinating. Your picture has a superb sense of depth and a very interesting background. The texture of the water is great too. I like very much the strong colour saturation and the enhanced contrast, the brightness of the rock surrounded by a rich palette of blue tones is most agreeable. Congratulations and thank you!

Sorry I haven't been on TE much lately, my work is crazy at the moment. But this is a nice welcome back photo. I love those sheet limestone cliffs. The textures and rich colours are magnificent and the choice of the vertical frame accentuates this depth and height so well. The inclusion of the islands in the BG add a sense of scale.
