The Alexiy patriarch' monument in Vitebsk (Belorusia). Vitebsk creates the feeling of the city of family holidays. It is very sunny and pretty town with simple but very attractive architecture. Vitebsk is a regional city, but it is not pompous. The very good variant for budget holidays.
