Adegem-Maldegem

This photo was taken 2017 (archive) during the winter, with 6 children entering the building with all the paintings.
Photo with the permission of the teacher.

The children of the out-of-school care De Zandloper in Adegem have their own electric wagon.
Perfect for our environment.
Adegem's children have been running an electric train between the day care centre and the village school for twenty years.
The municipality of Maldegem has now invested 8,000 euros in a new cart in which ten children can sit.
"Our tram is really getting old, so it was time for something new",
展ith this wagon, the children from the day care can not only be brought safely to school, but also to the skate grounds for a trip, for example.
We also have a cover for the winter months.
During the summer the children rode with the roof open

Hi John,

You have captured well the movement of the electric cart. The point of view is shwoing the details of the buildfing. There is a good contrast between the colors of the picture. Have a nice day.

Hello John,
It looks like there could be rain any time, but the children would be safe under their plastic roof. These electric transports are a great idea, convenient and environmentally friendly. This wagon and the building are also perfect for photos, even the cobblestones look nice. The relative darkness of the day has made the colours come out naturally saturated. It's in every way a very nice photo.

The colors in this photo are so bright and cheerful. I like both the children's wagon and the murals on the day care. Even the green wall and red roof are vibrant. All the colors really pop out against the cloudy sky.

Hallo John, good idea to use this eco friendly wagon to carry the children outside of the day care center. They probably like strolling in this original vehicle. The building facade is decorated with a splendid mural. Fine colors, good sharpness, interesting photo note, regards.

Hello dear John,
Another topclass capture/entry in your gallery.
Taken with good pov and sharpness. Nice vivid colors.
For me the most interesting elemet here is those wonderfull wallpaintings.
I wished it could happen a miracle and turned me back to my childhood more than 70 years ago :-)

Hello John, a rather special mode of transport, and so colourful.
The painted wall has an interesting mix of artistic styles.
An excellent point of view. The paving in the foreground offers some extra pattern.

Hallo John,
Er is vorig jaar een hoop gedoe geweest in Nederland over dit soort karren, nadat er een ongeluk mee was gebeurd. Hier zijn de kinderen gelukkig veilig bij dit gebouw dat opgesierd is met een aantal grote schilderingen. De compositie is uitstekend.

Mooie kleurrijke foto, John.
In Nederland mogen deze voertuigen de weg niet meer op, na een vreselijk ongeluk met een trein.
Dit ziet er echter relaxed uit.

Dag John,
Over dit soort karren die veel gebruikt werden door kinderdag verblijven is veel te doen in Nederland nadat er een is verongelukt op een spoorwegovergang. Ze zijn vanaf die tijd verboden. Het wachten is op de goedkeuring van een verbeterd model.
Mooie sfeervolle foto met de graffiti op de achtergrond.

This is very different for you but still has the lovely sharp exposure and the natural colours, typical of your photographs. The electric wagon is perfectly placed, compositionally, and is heading into the open space.
I bet the children loved it!
