STATUE: DIANA GODDESS OF THE HUNT

The photo was taken early in the morning, (also previous)
More I gave them the statue of Diana as an eye-catcher

The statue of Diana, the goddess of the hunt, is a source of discussion in Maldegem.
The statue in the Sint-Anna Park is covered with a green layer of moss.
During the broadcast of the 撤arkcross� in January on VTM - TV, it was suggested on social media that the statue was a bit dilapidated due to the green attack. The discussion is now heating up. 典he statue is surrounded by greenery in our park and I don't even find that layer of moss disturbing at all. It has something natural according to experts

Hello John,
You handled he light very nicely. You placed the sun well in a gap between branches, and the rays are spread diagonally on both sides of the statue. You captured a fine atmosphere of a beautiful evening towards the end of summer.

Hallo John, the morning light is filtered by the forest canopy. It creates a mysterious visual effect. That statue is dedicated to the hunters in the area. Diane is the Roman divinity of hunting, she is often depicted with a bow and arrows. Fine colors, good sharpness, regards.

Weerom die prachtige lichtstralen die uit het gebladerte te voorschijn komen en daarna zachte lichtbundels worden.
Hier lijken ze inderdaad het standbeeld in de spots te willen zetten.
Een verlaten stoel wacht op de fotograaf ... ?
Meesterlijke behandeling van het licht!

Een pareltje, John. Het zonlicht, de stralen die boven het standbeeld uitkomen...mooi! Ook die lege stoel daarnaast heeft iets, als een uitnodiging om daar te gaan zitten, even te gaan zitten genieten. Knap!

Ben nog nooit in Maldegem geweest, eigenlijk...zou het zelfs moeten opzoeken op de kaart...ik ga dat eens doen...

Hello John, the early morning light is quite fitting for a picture of Diana, Goddess of the Hunt. The setting for the statue seems very appropriate.
If it is covered by moss, that is not too bad, it is nature taking over!

Wat een schitterende foto van het felle zonlicht dat zo prachtig door de bladeren heen breekt en de stralen die door ochtendmist schijnen. Het past uiteraard heel goed bij het standbeeld van de godin. Heel mooi fotowerk.

Ik vraag mij af of je bij toeval hier op de juiste plek aanwezig was of dat je wist dat deze prachtige suggestieve 痴 morgens in de vroegte met je camera kon vangen.
Het lijkt mij een amusante discussie of het beeld schoongemaakt moet worden of zijn groene moslaag mag behouden.

Hello John,

There is a pop song called 'Who Put the Light On?'and that is just what I thought when I saw your photograph!
It appears as if a light from Heaven has cascaded onto the statue of Diana!
Not only is there a lovely atmosphere but the photograph is perfectly composed, the sun strongly placed to enrich the scene.

the effect with the sun rays passing between the tree branches is stunning. The statue of the Goddess adds a mystical touch as if the Goddess was trying to communicate with us with the sun light.
