Small cozy street in Bruges with tea room

Part of the Muntatelier went to the Geldmuntstraat through a gate. The renovation in 1563 yielded a remarkable vault that is still present and visible. This short street was taken along with Muntplaats for house numbering and was therefore given that name.
But in 1960 the city council responded to the request of the Belgian Touring Club (which had an office there) to change the name for the short street section to Muntpoort.

The street runs from Geldmuntstraat to Muntplein.

It's the cheery colour under sunshine turned this old narrow alley looks so graceful. Well coped exposure as the buildings give the context of the environment, and love all the detail in this especially that soul seems very natural unposed which makes the image come alive. Een prachtig straatje met mooi gevels vol interessante en aantrekkelijk details. De groene boom zorgt voor een mooi kleurcontrast met de bakstenen en de dakpannen. Het terras en de twee mensen geven een plezierige en rustige sfeer aan de foto.

Hello John,
It's a nice little back street, looking like the space that was left between the houses. There was just enough space to put up a few tables to serve tea. The narrow street provided the photo with perfect natural frames. Even with only two persons seen here there is a cosy atmosphere.

there seem to be so many attractive little streets in Bruges.
I would really like to have more time to enjoy this town.
May be someday in the future!
You have captured this spot in great light and with resulting eye pleasing colors.
The houses are so stylish and elegant, the restaurant provided an array of red colored chairs to decorate the scene.

A narrow alley that offers multi-colors from side to side, upon different objects.
Enliven and vividly presented.
The Tea-room sign is one object that took me a while to realize, but found it adds nice graphism to the scene.

Toch wacht er een terrasje in de zon op klanten.

Small streets like this are so typically European to me. :-) I like the different types of architecture and the cobblestones, but what really catches my eye are the beautiful signs hanging outside the different shops and cafes. The lighting is also very warm. I hope you are healing well and feeling better.
