Yellow wheels, white horses

With horse and carriage through the beautiful region

Last Sunday I got to see the carriage ride photographed in total there were 34 coaches present, there were very beautiful specimens

On July 12 menclub Nieu-Wege organize a carriage ride with antique carriages and beautiful replicas of antique carriages between Damme and Maldegem about a 20 km and 20 km back
The carriages takes place with one, two, three, or four horses'
Such carriage rides, it is important that the horses, the carriage, the leather harnesses and the clothing of the participants form a beautiful whole.
There are carriages from France, Netherlands and of course Belgium

Hello John,
It's a very colourful photo. I like the contrasts between white horses, yellow wheels, dark blue suits and dark green trees and bushes. And the horses are as beautiful as ever.

Hallo John,
De gele wielen van de koets zijn hier de blikvanger, vind ik.
Heel mooi in contrast met het donkere bos op de achtergrond.
Uiteraard zijn de witte paarden een prachtig onderwerp en de feestelijke kledij van de koetsier en de passagiers dragen bij tot de aantrekkelijkheid van deze mooie foto.

Behalve de felgele wielen zijn er nog twee elementen die hier veel aandacht opeisen, namelijk de spierwitte paarden en de hoofddeksels van de mensen op de wagen. De kleuren komen goed uit tegen de donkere tinten van het bos.

Hallo John, such event reconstitutes a tradition of the past. The participants wear period clothes, the carriage wheels were repainted in yellow. The two horses are in good health. It is a pleasure to explore the countryside with this vehicle. Fine colors, good sharpness, regards.

Hello John,

This is lovely!
The coach and horses are nice and sharp and Are very strongly placed in the frame.
The horses are beginning to move into the copse of trees where the shaded area creates a strong contrast with the white horses.
Another lovely capture from the festival.

Wonderful picture of old fashioned carriage ride. Location is just right showing this group turning to a path in forest. Sharp shot with motion blur enhancing feeling of motion.
