A road to hell, a photo from Splitsko-Dalmatinska, Coast

Photographer's Note

Taken somewhere on the "Jadranska Magistrala". It's a main road on Croatian coast. Usually, extremely busy, especially when it's holiday season. It took me quite a long time to shot this one, cause I didn't want to have a car in it.
The smoke on the hills is caused by the wood fire on Hvar Island.

This is not a bad picture. i love those type of shots;. a road going....... a curve. I only have problems with the sunray and spot due to the sun. may be you could clone them away... Nice though..

OMG !! such a great shot, it's worth all that waiting...the curving road takes the eye & the sun makes it to stare, & the mountains away look like a water-color painting.... so romantic ! I'd like to know, why they burn the woods ? ( or the woods burn by themselves ??)

I really like this shot - great atmosphere and beautiful soft light and colours. I think it might be better without the sun being in the picture but anyway it's a really dramatic and successful shot.

I like it when the hills are silhouetted this way. the line on the road and the road itself are a good addition, although i think having the line more off center would help. great shot well done.

Bardzo klimatyczna fota... pokombinowalbym z nia jeszcze troche, na twoim miejscu... ale tak czy inaczej git!

Like this composition, although the title make me scared. The curve road is great, I do prefer the sun! Am trying to capture the beautiful of sun like that.

I love the bottom part of this photo, the road nicely curved leading us into the mountains, the layers of mountains are just fantastic, as is the exposure, dark in the foreground and brigher in the middle.
Don't particularly like the star like sun and the lense flare.
