Girl with big balloons, a photo from Fyn, East

Photographer's Note

I got the feeling something wrong with the title, but it was the best I could come up with.

A big event on Fyn these days is the biggest balloon contest ever on Danish ground - up to 35 teams in the contest. The next days will they start from a field near Egeskov, between 6 and 7 pm � where the goal is � well its up to the wind.

I already got some shots worth posting, but hoping for some more the next days, as the weather seems to be better. This one taken as the balloons was filled with hot air and a few minutes after this shot was most balloons ready to fly.

As usual an alternative photo here � may be more action in this:

Very beautiful colors (green-yellow-red)and good compo, a forest of balloons.

Jeg havde jo lovet dig at give 2 point for dette billede.
"Pige med store balloner". Ja, man kommer vist til at t誅ke p� noget andet, n蚌 man lige her s誥ningen. Men der er jo intet forkert i ordlyden, n蚌 man s� ser billedet. Du fortjener til fulde de 2 point, da det er s� sandt, som det er skrevet. Endvidere er det ogs� et flot, klart og farverigt billede.

Lol, the title ... A great play of colors and shapes in this vivid scene, and a nice study of relative size with the huge balloons opposed to the girl. Nice graphical and textural element brought by the balloons.

The title is not bad at all and is quit funny, Its fits perfectly with the picture
The composition is very graphical and colorful
You POV is good because its shows the size of the enormous 澱ig Balloons� and together with the little girl it痴 a nice contrast

Hi Jeppe, An impressive colorful shot. You have wisely included the person in the jungle to make a nice size reference. I do like this one better in comparing with the one in WS because of the feeling of "trapped" in the piled of balloons in this picture. A well taken picture with great details and clarity. Well done.

Excellent photo, like the rest of your work. The scale of the petit person and the balloon work well and you have not been tempted to saturate too much.

Oh Jeppe, I will have to drop by your gallery more often - if only for those wonderful titles. And in fact also because you were the reason I bought the FZ20 and I am still amazed at the things you can do with it that I haven't worked out yet. This one is of course a firework of colours that all look so real (and that is the first place where I would have a problem).

Very original idea to shoot those balloons while they are still on the ground being inflated. Nice graphic and colourful photo, the girl all dressed in red stands out against the yellow background and at the same time gives a good scale to the whole picture. Very well done, Jeppe.

Hi Jeppe. I like this perspective on balloons that look like nice colorful bubbles. The colors are beautiful and the light is well managed even if the sky stays a little 'milky'. The POV and crop are very well chosen. Thanks for sharing !

I started out with the other baloon shot, but ended at this one. The dimensions of the baloons versus the woman is very well captured and presented. Creative compo in a tight cut that works very well. Very good Jeppe
