Seagull and Tallinn Old Town

Tallinn is the best preserved medieval city in Northern Europe boasting Gothic spires, winding cobblestone streets and enchanting architecture.
The Old Town was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997, joining the ranks of the world痴 most recognised landmarks. Here you'll find original cobblestone streets dotted with medieval churches and grandiose merchant houses, barns and warehouses many of which date back to the Middle Ages.

Hello Piotr,
We don't get much impression of how old this area is, but it is a good photo anyway. I can't make up my mind if the seagull is posing politely for a photo or if the lady is taking a selfie. They make an amusing couple in any case, and the grey wall and bright roofs create a nice backdrop.

That seagull looks really proud, the way he seems to be posing for the photo. A good catch of the encounter between bird and photographer. The roofs of the town make a good backdrop.
