I remember this church in Metz. It's a wonderful photo taken on such a beautiful and clear day. The light was perfect and the photo is well-exposed. The reflections are amazing. Great job.

There is so much to enjoy, from the crisp details of the church and the nearby buildings, to the shimmering reflections in the water.

Hello Jean Claude,
I have seen this angle before, but it is a superb vantage point where we see the church perfectly reflected on a calm and beautiful day like this. In summer the church will be more hidden by the trees, so winter seems to be the best time for this kind of photo.

Hi Jean Claude
that corner slab of concrete is a perfect place for taking photos. especially when there is a soft morning light like this. From this angle it looks as if the church is tall and skinny, not very wide. Its a nice shot with the reflections and small distortions of ripples. what's not to like :)

Hello Jean Claude, the reflections are so good that you could have cropped the picture and made a picture with the reflections alone.
The weather was perfect with such still water and a background of a perfect blue sky.
