Ceiling of the Cathedral of Troyes.
St. Peter and St. Paul's Cathedral is located in the heart of the 'champagne cork' (downtown), in St. Peter's Square, between the Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of Modern Art Troyes, prefecture of the Aube department. Built more than 400 years, the cathedral illustrates the steps of the Gothic style, radiant and flamboyant, but the whole is very homogeneous and admirable both outside and inside. 114 m long and 28.50 m elevation, is one of the most famous in France for its elegance, quality of his sculptures, his painted works, tapestries and especially its stained glass classified

Hello Jean-Jacques,
An awe inspiring view on this Gothic vaulted ceiling and some wonderful stained glass. The slightly unorthodox framing works very well indeed. Well exposed with superb colours and clarity.

Ceiling of the Cathedral of Troyes on a very nice way, notwithstanding a horizontal picture for a vertical image.
We see a lot of nice details.
Sharpness and clarity are pleasant.
An excellent perspective and depth picture.

A delicious capture full of lovely pattern, colours and abound of delicate detail lending all the impact. You have amazing depth, finely composed and exposed and it's always a great ideas to have the glowing stained glass to attract the eyes as effective point of focus. L'ayant visit�, je l'ai trouv� bien belle. Tu as r騏ssi un cadrage tr鑚 original qui change beaucoup de ce que l'on voit habituellement. Les vitraux sont tr鑚 impressionnants.

you put a little bit of a twist on this one, thats a clever idea, one that worked out very well i think.

and is this HDR? it somewhat looks like hdr.

my favourite part of the scene has to be the ceiling and the definition of the tiles. Wonderful shot!

Cette contre-plong馥 a permis de nous faire admirer en une seule image la vari騁� des couleurs de ces vitraux.Les vitraux rouges � gauche sont particuli鑽ement bien rendus.

apr鑚 les maisons du moyen 稟e, la cath馘rale gothique. Le transet sud avec sa rosace et ses vitraux richement color駸 a retenu ton attention, ainsi que les voutes ogivales du plafond. Bonne gestion des contrastes

An unusual pov with just the roof and the left side stained glass window. Good exposure to not get oe in the windows. Much more difficult to do than it looks and almost impossible using auto settings. Tfs.
