An original whale off Arcachon... stopped in its dive! This work moults every year and therefore changes appearance and colors, this year it presents horizontal bands like a "marini鑽e" a sailor outfit, with the addition of a dove to evoke the desire for peace...
A "whale" that I had already presented the past years with different colors.

Interesantan i lep pogled, dobar tekst ...
Lepa skulptura kitovog repa, dobro pokaznao sa lepim bojama, kontrastom, perspektivom i uhvacenim trenutkom sa camcem koji prolazi.
lepe kuce i drvece na obali.

I remember this whale from previous summer's photography, Jean, yet it is an intriguing object at any time with new colors.
Wonderful seascape as usual, good view across the waterway with the boat passing.

artistically I guess it would be better without the heart and the pigeon. a surprising element in the sea, but linked with it.

I thought this whale tail looked familiar. :-) It's nice that they change the colors every year. This is a wonderful scene, with the small boat and the large tail. I like the color of the water, too. Take care!

The colourful tail of the whale is really beautiful and I also like its reflections in the small light blue ripples of the water. The juxtaposition with the boat is excellent too, perfect timing!

The red, white and blue paint this year add a patriotic touch to this whale sculpture. Nice to see the dove too in view of recent events in Ukraine. Good sharpness and the passing boat balances the compo. Tfs!

Hello Jean,

The whale's tail makes a very eye-catching, marine feature and is very well composed in your photograph.
I like how the tail easily links with the receding boat, making a natural guide towards the coastal b/g.
