impressive and beautiful midwinter streetscene. The almost silhouetted people and streetcar form the lively elements and the streetlights, dark blue sky and yellow houses a great decor.

It's a pleasant and well exposed view of the long street with pedestrians and a tram. The bright decorations hanging above the street compete with the blue hour sky for my attention.

Hi Jean,
Beautiful view of these days after Christmas, with lights still adding their charm to these days. Those lantern shapes are quite special. Gradient on the sky ranging from dark blue to warm red is lovely. And of course I like the tram too.

What beautiful Christmas decorations! The street scene looks so pretty at the blue hour. The sky has my favourite color and brightness and you have perfectly selected the point of view so that the sky makes a background for the elaborated street decorations. They go so well together and they add a cheerful touch to the whole street.

Bonjour Jean, the blue hour was the perfect time to achieve this shot, the darkening blue sky is the best background for the decorative lights.
The tram lines guide our eyes deep into the scene.
The people animate the scene very nicely.
