Hello Nicole,
I like the moody atmosphere which you have captured very well in a carefully exposed photo. There are not many colours, but the many tones of grey, and some brown, harmonize well. The sky is nicely reflected in the wet sand closest to us.

Hello Nicole,

In your photograph, the sky is as important as the land for it continues the sense of sombreness from the limited, drab colour palette, all perfectly co-ordinated for the mood.
I rather like how the greys of sky and wet sand sandwich the darker coloured sea!

Hello Nicole,
The whole of France seems to be suffering from stormy weather of late. Your image nicely sums it up. A picture with a limited tonal palette, but very well exposed and very atmospheric. I like the hints of the reflections across the wet sand in the foreground.

Hello Nicole,

A simple minimalist shot with both color and composition being uncomplicated. Good sharpness with depth to the islands and rocks and nice fg reflections in the wet sand. The breaking wave adds a focal point. Tfs!

La composition est bien divis馥, le ciel, la mer et la plage. La prise de vue permet de voir les d騁ails de la plage et ds nuages. Le ciel nuageux ne nuit pas au rendu des couleurs. Bonne journ馥.

Nous vivons ce temps au Qu饕ec depuis quelques jours.Cela permet de travailler un peu nos photos sur ordinateur. Pour les braves qui sortent tout de m麥e cela donne de beaux r駸ultats.

A beautiful view of the sea and the island in the distance. The light is wonderful and nicely subdued by the clouds. The calm water creates a peaceful mood.

The rain is not far away, the dark sky with heavy clouds make your picture as nice panorama.
The wet beach in foreground gives a good reflection.
