Stony bridge, a photo from Bourgogne, Central

Photographer's Note

I have already presented you this stony bridge at the end of winter.

It is one of two Pierre Perthuis's bridges, small village of Morvan situated to some kilometres of V騷elay at the edge of the Cure.
I present you an image in summer, by waiting for the other one in autumn

Jean-Jacques, c'est une belle composition avec ce pont de pierre de caract鑽e. J'aime le POV et le rendu de la pierre. L'eau est magnifique.

Hello jean Jacques,
Superbe vue sous un angle inhabituel de ce pont qui lui m麥e ne manque pas d'int駻et.
Le fremissement de l'eau est un plus mais ce que je retiens quant � la construction de l'image c'est cette impression d'une quinconce improvis馥, aux quatre coins des arbres et au milieu le pont.
Bien vu, bravo.

Salut Jean-Jacques,
C'est vrai je me rappelle de ta photo precedente et en voulant la retrouver je me suis rendu compte que tu l'as rangee sous "Vezelay" alors que celle ci est sous "Pierre Perthuis" (LOL je me porteplumise... !)
Un angle different, des structures claires qui ressortent par contraste et toujours un regard d'aigle, la personne sur le pont apporte un plus et semble etre la cible de l'aigle.

Hi Jean, I think your high POV works very well here, the light on the water has brought the ripples on the water out quite prominent, the person standing on this lovely little bridge give good prospective, & it looks a superb area for a nice quiet walk, TFS, kind regards Wilson.

I must admit I prefer the summer image rather than the winter one. Was this taken from a plane?
It's really a beautiful little bridge, which has obviously grown to fit perfectly into the surrounding nature.
I like the deep blue colour of the river (with very fine texture of the water), which makes great contrast with the greenery around.

une tr鑚 belle vue plongeante sur ce petit pont de pierres.J'aime les petites vagues de l'eau,cette eau tr鑚 fonc馥 qui donne un superbe contraste avec le vert lumineux des arbres.Belles petites t稍hes bleues donn馥s par les cano駸.Et une tr鑚 belle qualit� de photo gr稍e � laquelle on peut appr馗ier une foule de d騁ails.

Unusual view, looking down from the top, almost like we are in a plane or a balloon. The high angle shows also the water with a very interesting reflection, which lightens the whole frame and gives this a good outline of the water. Well done!

Je trouve que la vue en plong馥 ne met pas en valeur le dos d'ane du pont. Par contre les couleurs sont sympa et attirantes.

Une jolie vue estivale de ce pont. J'aime bien comme tu as cadr� avec de la verdure aux quatre angles et aussi la personne sur le pont qui a eu la bonne id馥 de mettre un T-shirt assorti � l'environnement. Avec du rouge cela aurait 騁� beaucoup moins bien.

j'adore la compo,les couleurs et le petit gars sur le pont.
Mais il me semble que plus de contraste et de nettet� auraient mis davantage ces vieilles pierres(vers le milieu du pont).

Yes, jean Jacques, I remember you original picture. From this PoV the composition is strong and clear, with the bridge dissecting the frame at an angle (a sharper angle would have been even better, I feel). The colour is very nice, as are the pattern of the trees and the water. Regards Kevin

Great POV JJ. The composition and color are excellent. The lone figure really brings some life and a nice human element to the photo. I had to look twice to see what the blue was in the upper right...kayaks. Very nice.

En effet, je reconnais cet endroit et le point de vue en plong馥 qui caract駻ise les deux versions. Cet angle permet non seulement d誕ppr馗ier le pont et son arc, mais aussi le contexte naturel dans lequel il se situe.

M麥e avec cette hauteur et cette distance, on peut appr馗ier tous les d騁ails des pierres, des feuilles et des textures de la rivi鑽e.

Very nice feel here, JJ. Very interesting POV. I especially love the contrast with the winter scene. I would be tempted to do another one with the two shots together in a frame to show the contrast.

Par contre, je suis un peu d駻ang� par les cano駸 bleus du haut � droite qui, amha, attirent un peu trop l'oeil. UN petit coup de tampon ?

Une photo vraiment interessante avec ce pont en plein milieu et cette personne seule. Je pense que la photo aurait ete plus dynamique avec cette personne en mouvement mais cela reste une photo efficace.

J'aime bien la compo ici, ce lien qui relie les 2 bords de ton image, un point de vue peu commeun et juste ce qui faut comme touches de couleurs.
