Photographer's Note

The beach of Nonza in Corsica.
This beach is not made of sand but of dark pebbles. Some of the stones are lighter so the walkers can write their name ;-)
This beach was formed by the rejections of an absestos mine (from 1927 to 1965) located a couple of miles from there.
This shot was taken from the Genoan tower of Nonza which overhangs the sea at 500 feet.
