From spire to spire, a photo from Schleswig-Holstein, West

Photographer's Note

As mentioned before, Lubeck is sometimes called a town of seven spires. Let me list them for you here:
Spire 1 and 2: Dom
Spire 3 and 4: St Marien
Spire 5: St Petri
Spire 6: St Jacobi
Spire 7: St Aegidien

The numbering is not formal of course it is just me listing them here for you. This photo was taken from the tower of St Petri. Two big spires which you see in the photo are of St Marien, which as I mentioned before, is supposedly the highest brick church in the world. Further behind the roof of St Marien there is one spire which is also green but appears small here, it is the tower of St Jacobi (partially covered with scaffolding). I have showed you all towers except the last one, St Aegidien, which I may show in the next upload.
At the right edge of the frame you can spot a small spire which belongs to the town hall. The modern structure in the foreground was added when I lived in Lubeck and it caused, as you can imagine, a lot of controversy. However just before I left the whole old town was supposed to be re-arranged so all my photos may be not reflecting the reality anymore...

The church with spires make your picture attractive.
We get lovely details with buttresses.

A beautiful night shot of L�beck with lots of spires and the large church well placed in the middle. The warm tones of the brick architecture look great in front of the blue sky.

Hello Mariusz,

Taken from the top of the tower, you had a great view towards this 蘇ighest tower�, really sharp and placed in a very strong, compositional position. It creates a fine sense of depth and also, makes a really good, angled link to the smaller towers, making sure that viewers search across the whole frame.
Another fine, evening shot.

when I was a child and had to sharp my pencils with a blade, sometimes they stay like these towers. haha. amazing the quality here, well framed, excellent use of elements, beautiful colors, sharpness, etc. perfect .
