BMW Headquarters, also Tower BMW is a Munich landmark which has served as world headquarters for the Bavarian automaker BMW for over 40 years. It was declared a protected historic building in 1999. Extensive renovations commenced in 2004 and were completed in 2006.

hard to believe this was protected as a historic building as its still so young.

but it surely has captured my attention, it stands out so well against the blue sky, and the oddly shaped outer shell has that sweet curve to it - very attractive.
really like the repetative window patterns too.

It is not surprising this building is classed as a historic monument. It has a style and charm all of its own and no doubt its association with BMW has also helped in this respect. Excellent capture that does the architecture full justice. That beautiful blue sky is the ideal backdrop for the building's silvery tones.

The tour guide explained that the BMW acronym stands for Bavarian Motor Works as our bus drove past this trio of conjoined skyscrapers. Tfs!

this is a well known building and a good landmark in Munich. The building itself is quite cool and have a nice design. You have taken this shot from a good angle. Attractive colors and the BMW logo is visible, well done!

Am iconic building for an iconic brand, and a beautiful photo of it. That blue sky is really superb and the buildings metal color gleams in front of it. Very cool photo

Hello dear Krzysztof,
Very nice capture of this famous building in Munich.
I remember very well, when this building was been built many traffc accidents had happened on the main road from the airport to the city due to the harsh sun reflections from the glass fassades !
