Photographer's Note

On the occasion of the beginning of my third year as pensioner, I would like to present you the station of Monreal, Eifel, Rhineland-Palatinate.
Which is now a restaurant, but still with direct railway connection.
Monreal has two ruins and a long history of cloth production. The village is absolutely picturesque and was very successful in the competition "Our village with a future", scoring victory for the Federal Republic in 2004.

Hi Sven,
Quite charming and surprisingly big old railway station on a secondary railway line. Background trees give impression that this really is in a middle of nature. Vines on the wall look charming too.

Hi Sven,i must to wait 6 years to will be a pensioner me too, you're lucky!! And a nice way to celebrate your 3rd year with a view of old station with the restuarant inside, i like the perfect work in PP in the WS too. Have a nice day and thanks,Luciano
