The Olympic Athletic Center of Athens, also known as OAKA, is one of the most complete European athletic complexes. The Main Olympic Stadium was designed in 1979 and inaugurated in 1982 at the 13th European Athletics Championship. The following years a number of other sport facilities surrounded the Main Olympic Stadium: the Olympic Velodrome (inaugurated in 1991), the Olympic Aquatics Center (1991), the Olympic Indoor Sports Center (1995), the Olympic Tennis Center (2004), as well as other supplementary sport facilities.

Hi Vasilis,fantastic composition from the Olympic center,the architechture remember me the bridge of Tbilisi and it's very attractive for the photographers. Superb modern architecture and I love the repetition of the arches here ,and the light filtered coming through metallic elements :)
A good setting and an angle well chosen to obtain a great perspective and to heighten the geometry of this bridge .
Good control of the light, which was increasing the difficulty in the picture and good result in the exposure.

A spectacular image of light and shadow. The bike rider adds just enough to bring the image into study. Well done on a very powerful image.

I love all the curves and shadows. It's great that a lone cyclist entered the frame. I think the composition is more effective with just one person in it. Nice framing and presentation, too. This is a very eye-catching photo.
