My dearest friends many wishes for the new month
april...The spring arrived and the storks again...
The net was already ready from the previous
year...I love these birds bringing the
message of the spring...

Hello Costantino,
A good spring photo of the storks high up in their nest on top of the post. Good vertical composition, which includes the trees as well.

The trees are framing well the nest. The point of view is showing the details of the stork's nest. The light is giving good colors output. Have a nice day.

Hello Costantino,
I hope this was not the first time you saw the stork this year. We have a superstition in Turkey: If, the first time you see a stork, it is in its nest, you will stay home that summer.

Very nice view of these storks preparing the nest for the next generation. Such a tall pole without wires near the top appears to be a very good place for a stork's nest.

Hi Costantino,
Lovely capture of the stork nest. They like to nest so high. I think somebody increased the height of the pole to separate them from the electric cables which is probably safer. The birds themselves are hidden from this angle but we can appreciate the traditional way they nest.

This stork family has made a safe nest very high above the trees.
They started it early in the spring.
Presumably, spring has already progressed further in Greece.

fortunately the last level of the lamppost had no wires nor dangers for the birds. a precious image showing springtime.

Magnificent composition with this tall pole and at the top the nest with the storks, their arrival is always happy because it indicates that spring is also coming, the trees give a beautiful graphic.
Superb color, plus good lighting and sharpness.

Hello Constantino, I am always amazed by the sight of these enormous birds nesting so high above the ground.
I would love to see this for real.
