Photographer's Note
Tons of lava from some volcanic explosion a couple of millions years ago, froze rapidly and with the help of erosion, wind and sea, created some unearthy landscapes in Milos. The variety of shapes and colours in the Milian landscape, would make jealous even the most imaginative artist.
*The 16th edition of "Explore Nature" magazine, going out public next Saturday, 18th of July, as a suplement to the daily national newspaper "Ethnos" will contain a 30-pages travelogue about Milos. You have already seen some of the photos in my page in TE.

Hello Hercules,
The exposure of this image is very good. The rocks create a dramatic effect on the water and the light shinning on them enhances their focal importance. Good details and framing :-)

Hello Hercules,
I'm amazed by what you managed to get out of this rocks!
The light is incredible, and so the sharpness!
I thought it was taken at sunrise but then I saw the exif data...
Well, Greece seems really a land blessed by the gods and you found the way to show it!
An excellent work, I can't keep off my eyes from it.
My unconditioned compliments,

HI Hercules!
Milos seems a stunning place especially for geologist. The lava, rapidly frozen, gives a spectacular structure. Variation of colours and tones are amazing. Great sharpness, colours and point of view. Thanks for sharing and making me discover.

So to say this like artifical rocks file mou.course, long exposure time's added to more much at the same time.Actually, you could shoot a boat or ship on sea.I think ,may be more great then...But,it doesn't matter, this is perfect completely...
Take care of yourself,

Hi Hercules,
These lonely eroded rocks look lost in this landscape. At first view I even thought that they could be invented in the creative brain of an artist. But nature is often as surprising or even more surprising than our imagination.

Geia sou Irakli,
The tones of this photo are really exceptionnels, with atmospheric blue and some rose in the sky. Of course, the natural sculpture of this rocks are so attractive. They have the form of icebergs... Very good choise of the long exposure... Xairetw,

Hercules,
This one has a great balance. What it lacks in the drama of "birth of an island" it makes up for simple poise - the hoizon just creeping over the formation makes this the pick of the pair - to my eye at least.
Cheers
