Naflio city view IIINafplio (Greek: Ναύπλιο, Nauplio or Nauplion in Italian and other Western European languages) is a seaport town in the Peloponnese in Greece that has expanded up the hillsides near the north end of the Argolic Gulf. The town was an important seaport held under a succession of royal houses in the Middle Ages as part of the lordship of Argos and Nauplia, held initially by the de la Roche following the Fourth Crusade before coming under the Republic of Venice and, lastly, the Ottoman Empire. The town was the capital of the First Hellenic Republic and of the Kingdom of Greece, from the start of the Greek Revolution in 1821 until 1834. Nafplio is now the capital of the regional unit of Argolis.

Hello Dear Constantino,

These attractive, narrow accesses, full of character, can be found in many areas of Greece.
The overhanging tree is well included, helping to make a funnel, which attracts our gaze from the f/g, up the steps to the doors and the balcony.
Almost hidden, is a suspended lamp, which when noticed, becomes an interesting feature.

A very nice impression from the city, there are a lot of fine details to be discovered here, which are also very nicely spread out across the composition. The overhanging tree also makes a good addition.

You found a very nice little alley, or maybe it is a backyard. It's quite plain but there are many fine details on the walls. The tree with red flowers is like a beautiful roof over the street.

Wandering thru' old part of town can be very productive and this is a rewarding effort. It looks timeless with strong focal of interests which is nicely in place, beautifully toned too with good combination of pastel colours of visual value. The bike is well included to rest the eye in.
