Na Svetoj Gori postoji mnogo manastira mona嗅ih zajednica, ali ja sam imao blagoslov da obiđem samo Srpski pravoslavnoi manastir Hilandar.
Ovo su fotografije koje se vide sa trajekta na putu ka mojoj krajnjoj destinaciji.
Nastavak na prethodnu fotografiju, ruine nekog starog manastira čije se zgrade očito obnavljaju.

Mediaval ruins and new buildings of New Thebais Monastery at Mount Athos Greece.
There are many monasteries in the Holy Mountain on Mount Athos, but I have been blessed to visit only the Serbian Orthodox Monastery and Hilandar.
These are the photos seen from the ferry on the way to my final destination.
Continued on the previous photo, the ruins of an old monastery whose buildings are apparently being restored.

This is a logical continuation of the previous photo. Same view but much wider, showing us the full view of the mountain. The buildings higher up are more interesting than the new one, but some of them seem to have become ruins. It's a dramatic view and it's captured with superb colours.

Dobro vece Sasha, that image shows the coastline seen from the ferry. Old and new buildings are nestled in the garigue vegetation that grows on the slope. A hamlet overlooks the sea. Magnificent landscape photo. Fine colors, good sharpness, interesting photo note, regards.

A nice and wider view of this stretch of the hilly coastline. The building near the water and the group of building higher up the hills are well placed in the composition. Fine lighting too.

It would be so interesting to walk around this area and really investigate the ruins, it would be great for the drone to fly around here too. Good to have the contrasting newer construction along the bottom, nice shot, especially considering how far away you are. cheers

Hi Sasha,
I appreciate the wider view here where we can imagine the context of this mystical place.
When you said you were blessed to visit this place I simply meant that you were lucky to visit it, as blessed is often used in that meaning but I see it means you got a special permission to go there to visit.
This is certainly a very interesting region and I must admit I didn't visit it yet so I will watch your reportage with great interest.
They surely have great beaches around so it is good to combine sightseeing with rest on the beach with family.
