Sfar - The Sun Voyager - Is a stainless steel sculpture made by J Gunnar ﾁrnason. Plans for the sculpture were submitted as part of a competition to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the city of Reykjav勛. It was unveiled in 1990.

I really like this, the hint of light works very well to highlight the sculpture against the moody sky. the sculpture itself reminds me of a ship ready to sail towards new horizons. nicely done.
