People's Park of Limerick on a short sunny moment. The park was formally opened in 1877, in memory of Richard Russell, a prominent local businessman.

Hello Kari,
The combination of the bright sunshine and the darker clouds in the background is very nice, it makes the colours of this lovely little park look all the more attractive as well, especially the pink blossoms.

Hello Kari,
I spent a half hour in Limerick in 1968, between two very good free rides. That was just enough for a pint of beer, so no time for parks. But this is a really nice photo with fine trees and an attractive pattern created by the dark paths winding across the well handled lawn. The man elevates this from a nice to a good photo.

I like this beautiful and tranquil spring shot. The bright, green grass and pink cherry blossoms are lovely, and it was nice to have one man strolling on the path. I like the glimpse of those houses in the background, too. Take care!

Hello Kari, a good composition, I like the pattern created by the paths as they criss-cross the park.
The man is an essential element of the scene.
The colours seem to be enhanced by the dark sky.

Ironically I also shared on TE a photo from Limerick which was taken in the very brief moment of sunshine ha ha
Limerick is known in Ireland as a "stab-city". So I was worried to go there. Particularly because there was once a DELL factory there which was moved to Poland and all people lost their jobs then. In fact the people from Ireland were helping to build to factory in Poland and then DEL shut them down. So as a Polish person I was afraid to visit ha ha
Beautiful spot here so very colorful and elegant, nothing would make you think that this place could be called a stab-city...

Hello Kari,
The park is shown in its most beautiful spring colours and that while the trees do not yet have foliage that obscures part of the view.
The composition is very attractive with a lot of lines and planes throughout the picture.
