The bragozzi, boats Venetian characteristics of the area, using various systems of fish moving into the Adriatic and beyond a base in both the Italian coast ports, and in those of Istria and Dalmatia. Is mainly due to their crews on the Adriatic coast where it is kept the language and terms popularized by the Venetians.
The bragozzo, although flat-bottomed sailing in a satisfactory manner and it was perfect for hauling the nets. Very solid construction, and did not require ballast usually carried two masts with lug sails. The shaft of the bow and the stern was retroflexed almost mirror. The hulls, always painted black, had decorations on the bow, the sails were colored and bore the signs of Paron.
The crews were made up of three to five men who often belonged to the same family. The old board met with much respect, and when there was a storm came up on deck, advised wise maneuvers, and sang old songs. The fishing boats were always guests at the port of Cesenatico, where many families moved to Chioggia. When they were in port of Chioggia are mending their nets, dried cuttlefish, were the polenta and quarreling among themselves, always.

Ciao Valter,

This is a most colourful boat with its blue and orange decoration and its flamboyant sails. It is very well positioned in your frame and, with its anchor ropes, makes a nice diagonal lead. The b/g details are also interesting, the images are sharp and you have a good thirds composition.
Looks like a pleasing place to visit.

Ho visto una foto somigliante nella tua galleria, ma credo che questa e' anche piu' bella. La resa cromatica e' proprio incredibile. Ottimo il taglio verticale ed it dettagli della barca caratteristica. Impressionante la profundita di campo, hai scelto bene il f/11 e credo che questa apertura e' il "sweet spot" per il tuo obbiettivo. Ho fatto un esercizio con il 10-22mm, provendo f/7.1 al f/22 e credo che la qualita' e' il migliore al f/11. Complimenti per un匇magine impeccabile e straordinaria.

Hello Valter,
