Photographer's Note

Mount Author is the third highest mountain of Simbruini. It is located in the Lazio region and particularly in the Province of Rome, which is the highest peak. On the western side of the mountain, on a hill overlooking the valley of Simbrivio called because of its shape Col Cut, about 1337 m above sea level, is the Shrine of the Holy Trinity, where pilgrims and tourists, you can see right in front of to you the path that leads to the sanctuary.

this is a very beautiful � and excellently composed � impression of the mountains with these typical clouds. The colors and the light are amazing. What I like most is the atmosphere, one can almost smell the clear air. My compliments!

Non posso decidere se le nuvole o le montagne sono il star della tua foto, sono bellissime ugualement. Ma credo che hai giudicato bene di fare una foto nei terzi cosi. La resa cromatica � impressiva con una profondit� di campo dove possiamo vedere tutti i dettagli dal primo piano al orizzonte. Complimenti e ti auguro una bella serata.

you can't beat the stark contrasts of soft smooth clouds and rocky sharp edges of mountains.
wonderful colors, landscape, and depth.
a great place for hiking!
well shot and executed with the large clouds to compliment the scene.
