Photographer's Note
Walking in Venice through its many intrincated streets, I found this hanging clothes drying above a canal just in front of these three windows. It was not the only house hanging its clothes in this way, but here they were not cluttered, and also they had the sun shining directly on them, to improve the contrast in the picture. It can be seen in detail every piece of cloth, and even to the extreme right, what seems to be an italian flag just washed and clean.
