Porch of Our Lady of Loreto
The porch, 300 meters long, was built in order to provide shelter to the faithful who were going to the front of the venerated image of Our Lady of Loreto, kept inside the church of Spoleto. The construction was financed by the richest families of Spoleto, which are seen the arms painted between the arches, and lasted until the final years of the'500 to 1802

You have helped to give importance to the porch by capturing it at this time of day, when the porch is illuminated and stands out clearly against the darkness of the evening sky.
The photograph is very well composed, the porch strongly placed off-centre and its details are sharp, whilst also displaying the shiny textures of the tiled floor.
