Hello Pierre,
You know how much I love to see fine photographs of the ancient ruins of Rome. In a modern city, it is amazing that such ancient remains are still present and so accessible.
You have captured these ruins with excellent clarity and a fine sense of depth.
My only negative critique is the positioning of the fluted column.
Being so central, it splits the scene in half, instead of just creating the depth.
I wonder if it would have been possible to place it on a thirds line and still have good views of the ruins!
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Pierre, that market was a meeting point centuries ago. Some columns remain undamaged by the bad weather and the erosion like the one in the fg. Fine colors, good sharpness, amiti.

Bonjour Pierre,
The column is well placed in the centre of the photo and adds depth to the picture. The ancient architecture looks wonderful and is lit by a fine, soft light.
