Photographer's Note
the paths are amazing in the Cinque Terra. They are so narrow that cars can not travel through them. I am facinated by paths of all sorts and this was amazing to me. Most of the streets in these little villages can be touched on both sides if you stretch out your arms. It was a rainy day so too bad that no one was out, except a tourist with a camera, walking around so I could get a perspective of the narrow walkways.
Post pro:
levels, crop
burn in road
dodge right wall
gradient on sky
boarder

I really like the picture, it looks like it's taking you inside. Maybe you should rotate the canvas a little so that the path looks as it's going straight into the middle of the frame?

Hello Brady,
I have seen many stunning and colourful photos of Vernazza on TE, but I think this one appeals to me the most.
I love walking in the rain (with my camera) and I envy you for the opportunity you had to walk around these 'quite paths'.
Excellent choice of B/W. Nicely framed with the top arch.
Best regards,
Andrew
