Lofoten landscapes often look like Caraibes.

This photo was taken on V虍an Island on Lofoten, during a bicycle trip on summer 2004.

The place is located behind the Polar Circle, but there is quite warm, due to the nearby Gulf Stream - a warm sea current.

Very nice place and beach, i am happy to see this view, a good remember for me, during my last holidays summer we stopped 3 times at this lovely beach, i like it very much, TFS this well taken shot.

Good title. The colour of the water and the sand could be in the Caribbean. The vegetation though is rather different ;-) Beautiful and green though. I like the dots of the red houses and the tight framing without sky.
