Photographer's Note
Climbing on the top of Tomma island (something like 900 m a.s.l.), maybe 50 km west of Mo i Rana, a nice view on the see with this mountain flower looking toward the see.
Actually this plant is just having heliotropic movements (or at least I guess), positionning continously its flower towards the sun, or the most luminous point of the sky (because this was not really sunny). The center of flowers can get warmer than without that kind of heliotropic movement and thus increase their reproduction success (increasing flower development, enhancing visits of pollinating insects, and seed development after pollination). It doesn't care at all about the see ;)
If i would take this photo again, I would try to get the flower much smaller and much more "decentered", ie. I would leave it in the left-bottom corner, for instance. A bit like in this picture from Leiju.
