Under the northern lights, a photo from Nordland, North

Photographer's Note

I've been away from TE for a while (if four years may be considered "a while"). A lot of changes in my life, mostly for the better.

Anway, I've been frustrated because I've done a bit of photography and quite some travelling while on hiatus from TE, and collected quite a stash of photos with no one on internet to share them with. Hope I'll stay for a while this time,

Anway, this one is from Reine in Lofoten in the North of Norway. I've made two seperate trips to Norway in the last year focused partly on northern lights. And while auroras may be seen in many places in the northern hemisphere, to my mind, no scenery comes close to the rugged beauty of northern Norway and Reine has been voted the most beautiful village in Norway, so that's saying something. :)

Hello Miha,
Nice to see you again, I had also been on a 4 year hiatus before I returned to TE last year for the same reason as you, too many photos on my computer that needed to be shared. This is a breathtaking photo of the northern light and the warm colours of the lights of the city look great too.

Hello Miha,

It green part of the northern lights makes your picture very attractive.
Also the panorama view about the area, with the reflection make your picture attractive.
Notwithstanding very clear and sharp taken.
Nice perspective and depth picture.
Composition and presentation are perfect photographed.
