Photographer's Note

Blizanow is a village in Kalisz County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Blizanow.

Wooden church built in year 1532, with shingle roofs, was completely renovated in 1760. Dowry of inside is in rococo style. There is a painting of the Blessed Virgin Coronation from the beginning of XVII century . Near the church there is a belfry from second half of XVIII century, also with shingle roof.

A good photo of the main church - good detail, light and colour. It would have been even better if we could have seen more of the belfry.

Witaj Krzysztof,

This is, perhaps, the best time to take a photograph of this church, when the trees are bare and the sunlight is low and soft.
The church is beautifully highlighted and the long shadows add both interest and shape.
I like how well you have used the pathway and the beckoning gateway.

Czesc Krzysztof,
uroczy kosciol, zaciekawilo mnie okragle okno chyba nie az tak popularne w drewnianych budynkach.
Pieknie to pokazales, dobra pora na to zdjecie... Ja mam taki upatrzony drewniany kosciol w moim rodzinnym Tarnowie ale zawsze zasloniety jest liscmi bardzo gesto... W zimie ostatnio nie bywam w Polsce...
W dodatku nagie drzewa przyjemnie dekoruja scenerie.
Wspaniala praca.

The trees are framing well the church. The point of view is showing the details of the church and of the belfry. The light has a good effect on the colors. Have a nice day.

J'aime beaucoup cette composition . L'馮lise est belle quoiqu'un petit peu fonc馥 pour bien para羡re sous cette lumi鑽e. Seul le clocher ressort un peu.

Krzyzstof, the belfry and the church are located in a tree filled park. Both buildings were made in wood and covered with shingle. The church has a tower including maybe a clock. Fine colors, good sharpness, instructive photo note, regards.

Very interesting this church, which on the outside looks so sober and to think that its interior is rococo is a great contrast, the massive wooden tower very close is a great complement to the whole.
