If I close my eyes and think of my favorite mountain landscapes... one of the images that come to my mind is something like your photo.

Being high on a mountain and looking to hazy valleys... under a soft light, is one of my ideas if beauty.

You captured all that in a fantastic photo!

We have something like this in center Brittany and we call the black mountains.. This is the same impression I feel with your good captation of the mood in this Landscape. The elements are also well balanced.

Superb view over this 'sea' of moutains. I love to feel above the clouds. They allways give us impressives landscapes. The layers effect given by all the mist is wonderful. Good enquadrement, with the dark foreground framing the sight. Very well done!

That's an excellent PoV and right moment to shoot, the hanging cloud adds a mystery dimension and depth sensation to the succeeding mountain ranges together with the cleverly included trees foreground, I like it.

Witaj Elu - the horizontal layers of hills rising out of the mist look beautiful, perhaps a lower light taken early or late in the day would have more impact, but great work anyway.

Czesc Elzbieta. I can't understand how I've not noticed your impressive gallary before. I've taken a quick tour, and of the many fine landscapes the thumb for this one struck me most. Impresive scanning results you get, especially from your low speed film. Every time I ask someone what scanner they use, with results as good as this, it seems to be a minolta dual scan (as I use myself), what about you?
