Photographer's Note
This photo presents the famous Santa Justa Lift (Elevador de Santa Justa) built in 1902 in the very centre of Lisbon old town. As I wrote before, Lisbon is built on a hilly area. This elevator connects two beautiful areas of Lisbon and if you are a tourist, you are most likely to use it.

Hello Mariusz,
One of best attraction in Lisbon, we missed climbing it because a huge queue stretched all the way to Rua Augusta.
Special skewed POV with immaculate details shining.

Ciao Mariusz,if the rotated perspective is a desired thing, it is really brilliant, you have to open the photo to understand, the miniature in the gallery causes a lot of curiosity ... nice idea to show the ancient elevator that recalls the elements of the Eiffel Tower, interesting notes for this historical piece of Lisbon. Have a nice weekend and thanks,Luciano

Hello Mariusz,
On the thumbnail I didn't know what I was looking at.
Yes, I used the elevator a few times.
I must admit I don't understand why you show it rotated left...
Best regards, Paul

Hello Mariusz,
I had seen some terrific shots of the Carmo Convent in ruins on TE, so this was one of the first places I visited in Lisbon. I was not disappointed. An unusual sideways framing. Tfs!

Hello Mariusz,
This is a beautiful piece of machinery as well as a a very useful one. Your details are pin sharp and I like the f/g triangle created by the railings.
I have to admit, I copied it and rotated it in PS, to completely understand what I was seeing, rather than just lying sideways.
I can really appreciate your desire to present things in a different way, it certainly made me study it carefully but, on the whole, I preferred to see it it upright.
Have a lovely w/e,
Bev :-)

Hello Mariusz.
I think it is the best photo I have seen of this elevator, although you forgot to put the photo vertically, it has a sensational light that allows us to see every detail of its structure, the blue of the sky is wonderful.
A beautiful composition, with great colors, splendid light and the sharpness is excellent with fine details.
Very well done, I like it
All the best for you.
Luis.
