Another of the decorative elements in the old streets of Sighisoara, are the streets that have arches on it, here we saw some like the one I show you here.

Hello Luis,
Although I don't remember this particular alley the style of the back streets of Sighisoara brings me pleasant memories. The colours of these walls and the paintings on that window create a great atmosphere. I also like the flowers leaning above the wooden wall.

Hello Luis,

Sighisoara was an absolute gem and a pleasure for me to visit. You would also like Cesky Krumlov in Czech Republic, another small town but with a big atmosphere. Nice repetition of the arches here, with good colour and sharpness. Tfs!

Hello Luis,
A remarkable green painted corner in Sighișoara.
Seeing this photo I remember suddenly that the grass and small plants growing between the cobblestones in the streets are something typical for Romanian cities. While they would be removed in my country, one finds that apparently beautiful in Romania.
Attractive architecture with the four consecutive arches.
The flowers that grow over the fence seem to reach for the window with the artificial flowers.

Very imposing turquise/green painted arch-facade, or maybe a gate through the narrow alley, Luis.

Hola Luis,

It is remarkable how painting the walls and adding decorations can turn a quite ordinary street into one of notable beauty.
I like how the repeating arches give depth ... and then the the brighter green, in the b/g, makes the distance seem illuminated. They seem to be checking the street for some gossip!!!

hello Luis, you seem able to find some interesting corners in the towns and villages that you visit.
The window with the sunflowers and the arches are good focal points.
The shapes, colours and textures are attractive.

Hi Luis,
That mint green paint looks really lovely on this alley with several arches above. Sunflower decorations on that window made me smile. All the pastel colours make harmonic combination. Roses on the right look lovely too.

A nice view down this narrow street. The arches make the perspective stronger and the bright colours are eye-catching. Good, narrow vertical composition.

Hola Luis,
great composition which well illustrates the concept of streets under arches. I counted four here. Great work. The colors are quite extraordinary with the predominant greens but I suppose due to the fact that it was a cloudy day the colors are not as bright as they would be on a bright sunny day.
