Stara telefonska govornica.

Pogled na staru telefonsku govornicu, koja se nalazi na ulazu poste u Cupriji.
Telefonska govornica je telefon sa koga se moze, uz ubacivanje zetona, novcica ili telefonske kartice, obaviti telefonski razgovor. Telefonske govornice se postavljaju na lokacijama gde se krece veci broj ljudi, trgovi, pijace, bolnice, stanice, aerodromi i gde telefonske kompanije ocekuju da ce se ostvariti prihod od telefonskog saobracaja.
Telefonske govornice, u tom slucaju telefonske kabine, su montirane po postama sluze za obavljanje kao lokalnih ali medjugradskih i medjunarodnih razgovora.
U Srbiji, Beograd, Pozarevac, Cuprija, Nis i Smederevo su vec 1901 dobili svoje prve telefonske govornice.
Sabac i Obrenovac su to ucinili 1902.

Sada vise nema korisnika telefonske govornice, ostala je kao uspomena na vremena kada smo koristili obicne telefone.

A telephone booth is a telephone from which a telephone conversation can be made by inserting a token, coin or telephone card. Telephone booths are set up in locations where a large number of people move, squares, markets, hospitals, stations, airports and where telephone companies expect to generate revenue from telephone traffic.
Telephone booths, in this case telephone booths, are mounted by post offices and serve as local but long-distance and international calls.
In Serbia, Belgrade, Pozarevac, Cuprija, Nis and Smederevo received their first telephone booths as early as 1901.
Sabac and Obrenovac did that in 1902.

Now there are no more users of the telephone booth, it has remained as a memory of the times when we used ordinary telephones.
