Pogled na leptira koji je odmah odleteo.
Leptiri (Lepidoptera) su red skakvca s dva para krila obraslih ljuskastim dlacicama koje se prekrivaju poput crepova.
Kod leptira je cesto spolno dvolicje koje je izrazeno u velicini, obojenosti, krilima i ticalima. Muzjaci su obicno sareniji i kod nekih leptira pojavljuju se znatne razlike u boji prema godisnjem dobu. Potpuno razvijeni leptiri hrane se najvise nektarom. Sastavljene oci su polukuglaste, a cesto imaju i dva jednostavna oka. Krila su im sastavljena od mnogo clanaka. Prsni kolutici su stopljeni. Noge su im slabasne, a prednje su smanjena u noge za ciscenje.
Prednja krila obicno su veca od zadnjih. Bez krila, leptiri mogu biti dugi izmedju 3 mm i 7 cm. Najveci medju njima, vrste Ornithoptera alexandrae mogu imati raspon krila i veći od 30 cm.
Leptir je brzo leteo i nije se zadrzavo na biljkama, jurio sam ga polje i jedva uradio samo jedan snimak.

Males are usually more colorful and some butterflies show significant differences in color depending on the season. fully developed butterflies feed mostly on nectar. The compound eyes are hemispherical, and they often have two simple eyes. Their wings are composed of many articles. The chest rings are fused. Their legs are weak, and the front ones are reduced to scavenging legs.
The front wings are usually larger than the hind wings. Without wings, butterflies can be between 3 mm and 7 cm long. The largest among them, Ornithoptera alexandrae species can have a wingspan of more than 30 cm.
The butterfly flew quickly and did not stay on the plants, I chased it across the field and barely took one shot.
